Tell us about your football history in 100 words: I have played at lot of football at a variety of levels and in a number of positions, although height determined the role of keeper for me. Since leaving school I have spent a lot of time helping others and getting the younger age groups involved, as well as encouraging more ladies/girls teams
Tell us about your Playing ability in 100 Words: At 6'4 and 19 I'm tall, and probably at my fittest, I can reach any point in the goal, although have admittedly had some time off as I wasn't finding any opportunities for a future in football. I have began working on my flexibility to assure there is a minimum risk of injury. Another key point is I'm happy to admit that there's room for improvement, I always give 100% and if that isn't enough on the day, I try to review it and learn from it.
Because the biggest weakness a player can have is arrogance. You're only as good as the rest of the team.
Why should an Academy Manager give you a football trial in 100 words: I think an Academy manager should pick me because although I'm 19, and I haven't been in an academy before, I feel there's plenty of room for learning and developing. I think I would be an ideal choice as sport is important to me, it seems that the focus of football has come off the actual play, and on to the pay. As long as I could afford a house and a car.. I'd take the minimum pay for something that I love.
I'm a team player, with great drive and playing to win is always the mentality I take.
I'll make a personal promise to give 100% and if that still isn't enough, then I'll have to except that, and would happily hold my hands up rather than bring the whole team down
