Write about your football history : Played for an under 8s team at 5 years old. Winning top goal scorer in my first season. At 8 I was picked up by Leeds United after being dropped after 3 months Leeds came to watch me again at 9 and I was there for a further 2 years when I left because of travel problems. Been looked at by a number of clubs after this including Bradford city and Sheffield Wednesday but it came to nothing. Won Calderdale player of the year in 2012. Captain for my junior team and won top scorer every season I have played.
Write about your Playing Ability : Usual centre forward that can play a creative centre midfield role. Versitle. I have got pace and can run the 100 metres in under 13 seconds. Small in stature but good in the air. Always take a leaders role in any team I play for. Hardest worker on the pitch and at training.
Why should an Academy Director give you a trial : I always give 110% at training and in games. I'm looking for my break at a proper club so I can prove myself at a higher level. I can always be relied on and will never let coaches down
