Tell us about your football history (Min 100 words) : I played for Bessacarr boys from U7's through to U17's. Started at centre forward then moved to centre back where I have been playing for several years now. I was vice captain and the team came second in the local Premier league on a couple of occassions and won the district cup last year. I had a similar role through school. I have staretd with Askern Villa this year for the U19's squad. I have been chosen to be captain and have also had a couple of games for the first team.
Write about your Playing Ability (Min 50 words) : I am a strong, tall positive footballer. I like to lead from the back and lead by example. For a defender I have a good touch with the ball and like to play it out from defence rather then "hoof" it up field. I have a good head for the game and can read play well and have strong head for both defensive and attacking situations.
Why should an Academy Director give you a trial (Min 50 words) : I take my footballing serious. I take care of my body at the gym and also watch what I eat. I am a team player but as captain understand that I have to make myself heard on the pitch when the team aren't playing well. I take all opportunities seriously.
